ORDINANCE NO. NS-1302 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br /> (4) Park any vehicle with a trailer or any other <br />thing attached thereto which extends into the areas commonly <br />used for traffic movement. <br /> <br /> (5) Park, place or rank any vehicle or thing on <br />any portion of said property which has been marked in red or <br />by pavement stripes or words or signs to indicate that no park- <br />ing is permitted. <br /> <br /> (6) Park any vehicle or thing in any manner except <br />entirely within the area indicated for vehicular parking by <br />parallel lines painted upon the paved surface or in any manner <br />so that any portion of said vehicle or thing extends over or <br />across any line painted on the paved portion of said property. <br /> <br /> (7) Move any vehicle on any such lot at any speed <br />exceeding ten (10) miles per.hour. <br /> <br /> (8) Fail to place the name and address of the driver, <br />the name and address of the registered owner and the registra- <br />tion number of any vehicle that has collided with any other <br />vehicle or thing on such parking lot on the vehicle or thing <br />collided with if the same is unattended, or to give such in- <br />formation to the person in charge of the other vehicle or thing <br />if the same is attended. <br /> <br /> (9) Permit any vehicle to be parked overtime or <br />beyond any period of time declared by resolution of the coun- <br />cil to be the maximum time for parking on such lot, or to re- <br />main in any metered parking place adjacent to or in front of <br />any parking meter placed to regulate parking in the space occu- <br />pied by such vehicle while the signal showing legal parking <br />is not displayed by said parking meter. <br /> <br /> (10) Deposit any coin, slug or thing in any parking <br />meter on such lot other than a coin of the United States of <br />America, of the size or value indicated for use in such park- <br />ing meter. <br /> <br /> (11) Leave any vehicle or thing in any parking space <br />adjacent to or in front of any parking meter at any time be- <br />tween the hours of seven (.7) a.m. and five (5) p.m., of any <br />day, while or after said meter shows a signal indicating un- <br />lawful parking. <br /> <br /> (12) Park or place any truck exceeding two (2) tons <br />in gross weight, upon any portion of any parking lot. <br /> <br /> (13) Drink any alcoholic beverage on said parking <br />lot at any time of day or night. <br /> <br /> (14) Move any vehicle onto or move any vehicle off <br />of any municipally owned parking lot in any manner so as to <br />drive over the curb, curbline or sidewalk, except in a drive- <br />way area or between curb returns. <br /> <br /> (!5) Park or place any vehicle in any area desig- <br />nated exclusively for vehicles of physically handicapped per- <br />sons, unless said vehicle displays either one of the distin- <br />guishing license plates issued to disabled persons pursuant <br />to Section 22511.5 of the California Vehicle Code or disabled <br />veterans, as specified in Section 9105 of the California Ve- <br />hicle Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
