ORDINANCE NO. NS-1473 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That on the ballot to be used at said <br />special election, in addition to other matters required by <br />law, there shall be printed substantially the question as <br />stated in section 1 hereinabove. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: That the proposal pursuant to Exhibit A <br />hereof shall be designated on the ballot by a letter, pursu- <br />ant to Section 10219 of the Elections Code of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5: That in all particulars not recited in <br />this ordinance, said election shall be held and conducted as <br />provided by law for holding municipal elections in said City. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6: That notice of the time and place of <br />holding said election is hereby given and the Clerk of the <br />Council is hereby authorized, instructed and directed to <br />give such further or additional notice of said election in <br />time, form and manner as required by law. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7: That ordinance No. NS-1472 is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 22nd day of <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />January , 1979, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: BRANDT, EVANS, WARD, YAbL~MOTO <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: GARTHE <br /> <br /> ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOPd~: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: BRICKEN, ORTIZ <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />KEITH L. ~OW <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> <br />
