NS-1632 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADDING SECTION 8-163 TO THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO FIRE RETARDANT ROOFS, DECLARING THE EMERGENCY THEREOF, AND DECLARING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY ORDAIN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES FOLLOWS: Santa Ana 1: That Section 8-163 is hereby added to the icipal Code to read as follows: Sec.
