NS-1632 <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ADDING SECTION 8-163 TO THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO <br />FIRE RETARDANT ROOFS, DECLARING THE <br />EMERGENCY THEREOF, AND DECLARING THAT <br />THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT <br />IMMEDIATELY <br /> <br />ORDAIN <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Santa Ana <br /> <br />1: That Section 8-163 is hereby added to the <br />icipal Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. Roofs (Section 1704) <br /> <br /> Sec. 1704 <br />follows: <br /> <br />the Building Code is amended to read as <br /> <br /> Sec. 1704(a) Newly Constructed Roofs.
