NS-1632 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />Roofs may be used on Group A, Division 3; Group B, Divisions 1 <br />and 2 and Group R, Division 10ccupanci,~s which are not more <br />than two stories in height and have more than 6000 <br />square feet of projected roof area and is a minimum of <br />10 feet from the extremity of the roof to the property lines <br />on all sides except for street fronts. <br /> <br />Skylights shall be constructed as required in Chapter 34. <br /> <br />Penthouses shall be constructed required in Chapter 36. <br /> <br />For use of plastics in roofs, se Chapter 52. <br /> <br />For Attics; Access and Area, sec Section 3205. Each such <br />person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a <br />separate offense for each day during any portion of which <br />any violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance is <br />committed, continued or permitted by such person, firm or <br /> <br /> <br />
