NS-l?21 <br />PAGE SIXTEEN <br /> <br />(a) Number <br /> <br /> A projecting, sign shall only be permitted for a <br />business activity having more than 50 feet of street <br />frontage, and only in lieu of a wall sign or freestanding <br />sign to which such business activity would otherwise be <br />entitled under this Division.
