NS- 1721 <br />PAGE NINETEEN <br /> <br />Number of Stories <br /> <br />Height (in inches) <br /> <br />4 36 <br />5 42 <br />6 48 <br />7 54 <br />8-10 60 <br />11-14 72 <br />15 or more 84 <br /> <br /> A logo may be used on such sign if the logo height <br />does not exceed the maximum permitted letter height for the <br />sign by more than 30 percent and if its horizontal dimension <br />is not more than twice its vertical dimension. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1008. <br /> <br />Real Estate Signs. <br /> <br />(a) Residential units <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, <br />a sign advertising the sale, lease or rent of one or more <br />dwelling units may be installed on the site of such adver- <br />tised units without the necessity of obtaining a permit, <br />provided the following standards are met: <br /> <br />(1) The sign shall not be illuminated. <br /> <br />(2) The sign area shall not exceed four square <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br />(3) The sign shall not exceed six feet in height. <br /> <br /> (4) No other sign advertising the sale or lease <br />of one or more dwelling units shall be installed on the same <br />site. <br /> <br />(b) Nonresidential units <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, <br />a sign advertising the sale or lease of one or more units of <br />real property, other than dwelling units, may be installed <br />on the site of such advertised units without the necessity <br />of obtaining a permit, provided the following standards are <br />met. <br /> <br /> <br />
