NS- 1721 <br />PAGE SIX <br /> <br /> (1) TWO or more buildings or business activities <br />are or will be related to each other physically or <br />architecturally, such as by sharing off-street parking <br />facilities, so as to form an integrated development, such as <br />a shopping center, industrial park or office complex. <br /> <br /> (2) Units of real estate are being offered for <br />sale, lease, or rent on a first-time basis. <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-875. Special event sign or display. <br /> <br /> "Special' event sign or display" means signs or adver- <br />tising displays or combination thereof which advertise.or <br />attract public attention to the opening of a building dr <br />business activity, the sale of goods or services at diS- <br />counted or otherwise specially advantageous prices, or <br />similar special event; but excluding signs pertaining to the <br />sale, lease or rental of real estate. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-876. Wall sign. <br /> <br /> "Wall sign" means any sign attached to, erected <br />against, or painted on a wall of a building or structure, <br />with the exposed face of the sign in a plane parallel to the <br />plane of such wall. <br /> <br />Sec. <br /> <br /> DIVISION 3. PENAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />41-880. Permit requirement. <br /> <br /> Except as otherwise provided in this Article, no person <br />shall place, paint, erect, move, reconstruct, alter or dis- <br />play any sign structure, or allow the same to be done on <br />property occupied or controlled by such person, except in <br />accordance with a permit issued for such sign pursuant to <br />Division 4 of this Article or with a planned sign program <br />approved pursuant, t9. Division 5 of this Article. <br /> <br /> <br />
