For such professional office uses, signs will be permitted <br />subject to the provisions of the P Zoning District and <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator as to size, content, <br />colo'r and material. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> <br />A. Height Limit <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed 32 feet in height. <br />Required yard areas. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Each required yard area (excluding driveways no wider <br />than 18 feet leading directly to a garage) shall be <br />maintained as a landscaped area and shall not be used <br />for any structure, storage or parking of vehicles. <br /> <br />Front yard. <br />(a} There shall be a front yard of not less than 20 <br /> feet or the block face average, whichever is <br /> greater. <br /> <br />(3} Side yard. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />There shall be a side yard o¢ not less than 5 <br />feet. <br />On corner lots the side yard on the street side <br />shall be not less than 10 feet or the block face <br />average, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />Rear yard, <br /> <br />(al There shall be a rear yard of not less than 10 <br /> feet. <br /> <br />Minimu~ gross floor area per dwelling unit. <br /> <br />(1) The minimum gross floor area per dwelling unit shall <br /> be 600 square feet. <br /> <br />D. Parking <br /> <br />Parking shall be provided according to provisions of <br />Article IV of the Zoning Code. However, the Zoning <br />Administrator may modify such standards if confo~nance <br />with these provisions will, in the Zoning Administrator's <br />opinion, adversely affect the historic or architectural <br />nature of any designated historic structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
