ORDINANCE NO. NS-1726 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />Sec. 41-262. Minimum lot area per dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> The proportion of dwelling units to lot area shall <br />not exceed the following standards: <br /> <br />(a) Bachelor and one-bedroom units: <br /> <br />Not less than one thousand (1,000) square <br />feet of lot area per dwelling unit. <br /> <br />(b) Two-or-more-bedroom units: <br /> <br />Not less than twelve hundred (1,200) square <br />feet of lot area per dwelling unit if the <br />total lot area is twenty-four thousand <br />(24,000) square feet or less. <br /> <br />Not less than one thousand three hundred <br />fifty (1,350) square feet of lot area <br />per dwelling unit if the total lot area <br />is more than twenty-four thousand (24,000) <br />square feet, but forty thousand five hundred <br />(40,500) square feet or less. <br /> <br />Not less than one thousand five hundred <br />(1,500) square feet of lot area per dwelling <br />unit if the total lot area is more than forty <br />thousand five hundred (40,500) square feet or <br />more. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: <br />Code is hereby <br /> <br />That Section 41-263 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-263. Front yard. <br /> <br /> There shall be a front yard of not less than fifteen <br />(15) feet, plus one additional foot for each foot by which <br />the building's height exceeds thirty (30) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: That Section 41-264 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 41-264. Side yard. <br /> <br /> (a) There shall be a side yard of not less than <br /> six (6) feet plus an additional one-half of <br /> <br /> <br />
