Rear yard. <br /> <br /> There shall be a rear yard of not less than ten <br />(10) feet, plus an additional one-half of one foot for <br />each foot by which the building's height exceeds thirty <br />(30) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 7: That Section 41-266 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-266. Off-street parking. <br /> <br /> Off-street parking shall be provided in the manner <br />prescribed in Article IV of this Chapter. A front yard <br />or street-oriented side yard may be used for parking only <br />if such yard is fully landscaped for the entire depth of <br />the minimum required yard measured from the street. <br /> <br />SECTION 8: That Section 41-267 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-267.
