ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1743 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> 3. An amended Sectional District Map No. 9-5-10 showing <br />the abovedescribed changes in use district designations is <br />hereby adopted. <br /> <br /> 4. This Council finds and determines that the above- <br />described changes in use district designations are designed <br />to accommodate the development of "Fashion Square" in accord- <br />ance with the agreement between the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Santa Ana Venture, although <br />not essential thereto. This Council finds and determines that <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report prepared and certified <br />for the Project is adequate for this Council's use in determin- <br />ing whether to approve said zoning designations.
