NS-1755 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ADDING SECTIONS 41-48 AND 41-624 TO THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REGULATE <br />DISH ANTENNAS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-48, <br />section reads as follows: <br /> <br />is hereby <br />which said <br /> <br />Sec. 41-48 Dish antenna. <br /> <br /> A dish antenna is an antenna characterized by a <br />round parabolic surface having a diameter of more than two <br />(2) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by adding a section, to be numbered 41-624, which <br />said section reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-624 Installation of dish antennas. <br /> <br /> (a) No dish antenna may be installed unless a <br />land use certificate has been issued for such dish antenna <br />pursuant to Article V of this chapter. A land use certifi- <br />cate shall be issued for a dish antenna if and only if the <br />installation of the dish antenna will conform with the <br />standards set forth in this section. <br /> <br /> (b) The standards for installation of dish antennas <br />on property located in a residential zone or used for resi- <br />dential purposes are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
