NS-1756 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br /> There are no side yard requirements, except that on <br />corner lots the side adjacent to a street shall have a side <br />yard of not less than ten (10) feet. However, no part of a <br />building above the first fifteen (15) feet in height may be <br />located within twenty (20) feet of the vertical plane of a <br />side lot line if the lot is contiguous to residentially <br />zoned or used property on such side. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: That Section 41-370 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-370. Rear yard and building setback <br /> requirements in the C1 district. <br /> <br /> There is no rear yard requirement. However, no part <br />of a building above the first fifteen (15) feet in height may be <br />located within twenty (20) feet of the vertical plane of a rear <br />lot line if the lot is contiguous to residentially zoned or <br />used property on the rear. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: That Section 41-380 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-380. Front yard requirements <br /> in the C2 district. <br /> <br /> Front yard requirements are the same as prescribed for <br />the C1 district by section 41-368. <br /> <br />SECTION 6: That Section 41-381 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-381. Side yard and building setback <br /> requirements in the C2 district. <br /> <br /> Side yard and building setback requirements are the <br />same as prescribed for the C1 district by section 41-369. <br /> <br /> <br />
