Each such site plan, or sub- <br />sequent revision thereof, shall be approved, <br />conditionally approved, or denied by the Planning <br />Manager depending on its conformity with the re- <br />quirements of this section. Any person may appeal <br />the decision of the Planning Manager to the plan- <br />n%ng commission, whose decision shall be final. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: That Section 41-368 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />S~c. 41-368.
