ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1773 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />vote on any motion. Except as otherwise provided herein, <br />all provisions of the Charter and this Code governing the <br />meetings of the city council shall apply with full force <br />and effect whenever the city council is convened as the <br />downtown development commission. <br /> <br /> (c) This section shall cease to be effective on <br />June 1, 1987. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court <br />or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.
