014 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1782 <br />PAGE FOUR <br /> <br />this Code shall apply to any parking facility located within <br />Santa Ana, owned or operated jointly by the parties to said <br />agreement in the same manner and to the same extent'as if the <br />facility were exclusively owned by the city, providing the <br />governing body of said joint authority has first requested <br />such application. <br /> <br /> (b) Section 36-147, of this Code shall apply to any <br />parking facility or area owned by the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana in the same manner and to the <br />same extent as if the facility were exclusively owned by the <br />city providing the Executive Director of the Community Rede- <br />velopment Agency has first requested such application. <br /> <br />SECTION 6: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason he~d to be <br />invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court or compe- <br />tent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of <br />the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have adopted this <br />ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase <br />or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this lst day of 0u]y , 1985. <br /> <br /> Daniel E.
