Section 6. <br /> <br />OPERATIONAL STANDARDS <br /> <br />A. PLANNING <br /> <br />Should the Planning Con~aission recommend <br />approval of Amendment Application No. <br />959 and Specific Development Plan No. 37, <br />the project must comply with all applica- <br />ble sections of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, <br />the 1982 Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and other applicable regu- <br />lations. In addition, it shall meet the <br />following: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />That the project be constructed in <br />accordance with the approved Specific <br />Development Plan and elevations, <br />subject to minor modifications as <br />approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />That a landscape and irrigation plan <br />be submitted to and approved by the <br />Planning Department prior to the <br />issuance of building permits. Said <br />plan shall incorporate tree species <br />to act as screening for visibility <br />corridors. <br /> <br />c) Decorative screening shall be pro- <br /> vided in garage venting openings. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />That the common open space, recrea- <br />tional facilities and permanently <br />maintained in an appealing and func- <br />tional manner. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />That a parking management plan be <br />submitted to the Planning Department <br />which assigns specific parking spaces <br />per each unit. <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Handicapped parking stalls shall be <br />identified by both a painted symbol <br />on the ground and a pole to which a <br />sign is affixed. <br /> <br />B. PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS <br /> <br />Submit complete engineered plans for plan <br />check review showing compliance to the <br />following: the Uniform Building, Plumb- <br />ing, and Mechanical Codes; the National <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
