NS- 1909 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> EXCEPTION: <br />following: <br /> <br />A high risk building shall not include the <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Any building used for its intended purpose, <br />determined by the department, for less than <br />twenty (20) hours per week. <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Any building having exterior walls braced with <br />masonry cross walls or wood frame cross walls <br />spaced less than forty (40) feet apart in each <br />story. Cross walls shall be full story height <br />with a minimum length of one and one-half (1-1/2) <br />times the story height. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Lot: A parcel of real property shown on an <br />approved final subdivision map or record of <br />survey subdivision map or a recorded parcel <br />described by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />Low risk building: Any building, other than an <br />essential building, having an occupant load of <br />less than twenty (20) occupants, as determined <br />pursuant to Table No. 33-A of Chapter 33 of the <br />Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Medium risk building: Any building, other than a <br />high risk building or an essential building, <br />having an occupant load of twenty (20) occupants <br />or more, as determined pursuant to Table No. 33-A <br />of Chapter 33 of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />Owner: Any individual, individuals, partnership, <br />firm or corporation who is the owner of record of <br />the building as shown on the equalized assessment <br />role of the office of the county assessor of the <br />County of Orange. <br /> <br />(k) <br /> <br />Unreinforced masonry wall: A masonry wall <br />containing less than one-half (1/2) the <br />reinforcing steel required for reinforced masonry <br />walls in accordance with Chapter 24 of the <br />Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
