NS-1996 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />SECTION 8: That section 36-432 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 36-432. Violations--Enumerated. <br /> <br /> No person, on any public parking lot which is municipally <br />owned or operated, shall commit any of the following violations: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Enter said parking lot over any area or driveway <br />or the portion between any curb returns which is <br />not marked with the word "entrance" painted there- <br />on or in some manner clearly designated for use <br />as an entrance. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Park, place or rank any vehicle on any portion of <br />such lot in such a manner as to interfere with or <br />restrict the freedom of traffic movement between <br />the areas indicated for parking, or to interfere <br />with the free ingress or egress to and from said lot. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Move any vehicle from any such parking lot into any <br />public way over any area except an area marked with <br />the word "exit" or otherwise indicated by arrows, <br />signs or words that it is a driveway, or place for <br />the leaving of such parking lot. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Park any vehicle with a trailer or any other thing <br />attached thereto which extends into the areas <br />commonly used for traffic movement. <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />Park, place or rank any vehicle or thing on any <br />portion of said property which has been marked in <br />red or by pavement stripes or words or signs to <br />indicate that no parking is permitted. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Park any vehicle or thing in any manner except <br />entirely within the area indicated for vehicular <br />parking by parallel lines painted upon the paved <br />surface or in any manner so that any portion of <br />said vehicle or thing extends over or across any <br />line painted on the paved portion of said property. <br /> <br />(7) Move any vehicle on any such lot at any speed ex- <br /> ceeding ten (10) miles per hour. <br /> <br /> <br />
