NS-1996 <br />PAGE FOUR <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />Fail to place the name and address of the driver, <br />the name and address of the registered owner and <br />the registration number of any vehicle that has <br />collided with any other vehicle or thing on such <br />parking lot on the vehicle or thing collided with <br />if the same is unattended, or to give such infor- <br />mation to the person in charge of the other vehicle <br />or thing if the same is attended. <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />Permit any vehicle to be parked overtime or <br />beyond any period of time declared by resolution <br />of the council to be the maximum time for parking <br />on such lot. <br /> <br />(10) <br /> <br />Deposit any coin, slug or thing in any parking <br />meter on such lot other than a coin of the United <br />States of America, of the size or value indicated <br />for use in such parking meter. <br /> <br />(11) <br /> <br />Leave any vehicle or thing in any parking space <br />adjacent to or in front of any parking meter <br />regulating parking in such space at any time when <br />metered parking restrictions are in effect, while <br />or after said meter shows a signal indicating <br />unlawful parking. <br /> <br />(12) Park or place any truck exceeding two (2) tons in <br /> gross weight, upon any portion of any parking lot. <br /> <br />(13) Drink any alcoholic beverage on said parking lot <br /> at any time of day or night. <br /> <br />(14) <br /> <br />Move any vehicle onto or move any vehicle off of <br />any municipally owned or operated parking lot <br />in any manner so as to drive over the curb, curb- <br />line or sidewalk, except in a driveway area or <br />between curb returns. <br /> <br />(15) <br /> <br />Park or place any vehicle in any area designated <br />exclusively for vehicles of physically handicapped <br />persons, unless said vehicle displays either one <br />of the distinguishing license plates issued to dis- <br />abled persons pursuant to Section 22511.1 of the <br />California vehicle Code or disabled veterans, as <br />specified in Section 9105 of the California Vehicle <br />Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 9: The "Downtown Parking Meter Zone" is hereby <br />established, consisting of that vehicular parking area <br />designated on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A and incor- <br /> <br /> <br />
