;47 ) <br /> <br />2/23/90 <br /> <br />regulations, as provided for in Government <br />Code Section 65869.5, (2) changes in the <br />Uniform Building Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, <br /> <br />Uniform Mechanical Code, National <br />Code, and similar uniform codes, <br />which regulate the manner in which <br /> <br /> Electric <br /> (3) laws <br /> <br /> business <br /> activities may be conducted or which prohibit <br /> any particular type of business activity on a <br /> City-wide basis, (4) procedureal rules, or (5) <br /> taxes and assessments. <br /> <br />(4) The City may adopt new fees and charges and- <br /> increase existing fees and charges and <br /> Developer shall pay the applicable processing <br /> and development fees and charges for land use <br /> approvals, building permits, and other similar <br /> permits and entitlements which are in force <br /> and effect on a uniform city-wide or area-wide <br /> basis at the time such fees are due, subject <br /> only to the limitation that the amount of any <br /> fee or charge shall not exceed the reasonable <br /> cost of providing the improvements or service <br /> for which the fee or charge is imposed. <br /> <br />(5) Notwithstanding the foregoing, City recognizes <br /> that Developer may request approval of plans <br /> or permits which differ from the previously <br /> approved Site Plan based upon refinements in <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
