" 481 <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />preparation of all drawings, plans, and <br />related documents, the staffs of City and <br />Developer shall hold regular progress meetings <br />as needed to coordinate the preparation and <br />review of such items. The staffs of City and <br />Developer shall communicate and consult <br /> <br />informally as frequently as is necessary to <br />ensure that the formal submittal of any <br />documents to City can receive prompt and <br />speedy attention. Upon Developer's request <br /> <br /> and payment of all City costs therefor, City <br /> may retain a contract plan checker or checkers <br /> to enable City to expedite the processing and <br /> review of final building plans and <br /> construction drawings. <br /> <br />(2) If Developer desires to make any change in any <br /> of the plans after their approval by City, <br /> Developer shall submit the proposed change to <br /> City for approval. The processing, review, <br /> and approval of any such revised submittal <br /> shall be subject to the same provisions as are <br /> set forth above for the initial submittal. <br /> <br />Timinq of Development. <br /> <br />(1) Subject to Section 2.C and the express <br /> provisions set forth hereinbelow, Developer <br /> shall commence and complete construction of <br /> <br />2/23/90 <br /> <br />-10- <br /> <br /> <br />
