A parcel map shall be applied for.and approved prior to <br /> submittal into building plan check. <br /> <br />2. Install decorative paving at all driveway entrances and <br /> exits. In addition, decorative paving shall be used <br /> throughout the courtyard area and it shall be used <br /> linking the parking structure to the'open courtyard. <br /> <br />3. A sign program shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department and shall be approved prior to issuance of <br /> building permit. <br /> <br />4. A landscape plan shall be submitted to the Landscape <br /> Associate prior to submittal into building plan check. <br /> <br />5. Project shall adhere to mitigation measures outlined in <br /> the Negative Declaration (Environmental Review No. 89-9). <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br /> <br />1. Prior to Site Plan Approval, <br /> <br />complete the following: <br /> <br />a. Alley at West End of ProJec~ <br /> <br /> 1) Depict Alley aprons at Third Street and Santa <br /> Aha Boulevard to be per City Standard #111 <br /> (curb return type nos allowed). <br /> Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, complete the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> a. Dedicate Santa Aha Boulevard for a width,of 52 feet <br /> from centerline to property line. <br /> <br />b. File and complete the abandonment of Olive Street <br /> between Third Street and Santa Aha Boulevard. <br /> <br /> c.
