, :542 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />i5. <br /> <br />Provide on-si:e peak sewage retention facilities or <br />other approved measures needed to regulate the rate <br />of sewage discharge from this project into the <br />Public Sewer Systems as required by the accepted <br />Sanitary Sewer Study and Disposal Plan to the <br />satisfaction of the Orange County Sanitation <br />District and the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />Construct all sanitary sewer facilities, public or <br />private, that are necessary per the accepted <br />Sanitary Sewer Study and Disposal Plan, to convey <br />sewage to the orange County Sanitation District <br />facilities without overloading any sewer facilities <br />downstream of this project. <br /> <br />Developer shall comply with all mitigation measures <br />applicable to the developer as set forth in the <br />Draft EIR, and as modified in the response to <br />Comments' portion of the EIR. <br /> <br />Developer shall pay any difference of a <br />Transportation System Improvement Fee increase from <br />the fee rate collected at time of release of the <br />Building Permit. (NOTE: Collection of <br />Transportation System increase(s) as due and <br />payable for each phase of development.) <br /> <br />ConStruct bus turn-out(s) as required per the <br />approved plan and as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Secure approval of all agreements necessary for <br />extending Police and City staff support (i.e., <br />Santa Aha and Tustin) to carry out the required <br />mitigation measures and provide manual traffic <br />control at intersections impacted by Arena event <br />traffic, including Del Amo and Edinger, as needed. <br /> <br /> <br />
