Restaurants, cafes, etc. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for restaurants, cafes, and other eating establishments <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />10 spaces for each 1000 square feet of gross floor <br />area (including open-air dining area). <br /> <br /> (b) Each drive-through eating establishment shall <br />have vehicular stacking lanes of at least 80 feet from <br />the delivery window and 80 feet from the order point. <br />such stacking lanes shall be located so that they do not <br />serve as entryways to parking spaces. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1342. offices, business and professional. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />business and professional offices are as follows: <br /> <br />3 spaces for each 1000 square feet of gross floor <br />area. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1343. Open retail. <br /> <br /> The minimum Off-street parking requirements for <br />plant nurseries, vehicle sales and other primarily open- <br />air retail uses are as follows: <br /> <br />2 spaces for each 1000 square feet of display and <br />storage area, plus 4 spaces for each 1000 square <br />feet of office area. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1344. Hotels. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />hotels are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each 2 guest rooms. <br /> <br /> (b) Restaurants and other retail service, or <br />recreational uses included in a hotel building or grounds <br />shall require additional off-street parking in accordance <br />with the requirements of this article for such uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
