014 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-2091 <br />PAGE TWELVE <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1345. Motels. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />motels are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each guest room, plus one space for <br />each 10 guest rooms, plus one space for the manager. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1346. Medical, dental and veterinary offices <br /> and clinics. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />medical, dental and veterinary offices and clinics are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />6 spaces for each 1000 square feet of gross floor <br />area, but in no case less than 6 spaces. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1347. Auto repair shops. <br /> <br /> One parking space for each two hundred (200) square <br />feet of gross floor area shall be provided for automobile <br />repair shops. Each work bay shall be deemed a parking <br />space for purposes of this section. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1348. Banks and financial institutions. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for banks and other financial institutions are as follows: <br /> <br />4 spaces for each 1000 square feet of gross floor <br />area, plus one space appurtenant to each automatic <br />teller machine. <br /> <br /> (b) Each drive-in service window in a bank or <br />other financial institution shall have a vehicular <br />stacking lane of at least 120 feet in length, such <br />stacking lane shall be located so that it does not serve <br />as an entryway to parking spaces. <br /> <br /> <br />
