NS-2091 <br />PAGE FIFTEEN <br /> <br /> (b) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for service stations having repair and/or retail facilities <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />2 spaces, plus one space for each 200 square feet <br />of gross floor area. <br /> <br /> (c) Service stations shall also provide an area <br />for vehicles of at least 10 feet by 20 feet adjacent to <br />each air, water and telephone facility. <br /> <br /> (d) Vehicle repair bays in service stations shall not <br />be counted as parking spaces. <br /> <br /> (e) Fifty percent of fuel island vehicle parking area <br />may be counted toward not more than one half the number of <br />any parking spaces required due to floor area used for retail <br />purposes. <br /> <br />DIVISION 4. ENTERTAINMENT AND <br /> RECREATIONAL USES <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1370. Driving ranges. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />driving ranges are as follows: <br /> <br />One space per driving tee. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1371. Golf courses, bowling alleys, and batting <br /> cages. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for golf courses, including miniature golf courses, <br />bowling alleys, and batting cages are as follows: <br /> <br />3 spaces per hole, alley, or cage. <br /> <br /> (b) Restaurants and other retail, service or <br />recreational uses appurtenant to a golf course, bowling <br />alley or batting cage shall require additional off-street <br />parking in accordance with the requirements of this <br />article for such uses. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1372. Theaters and auditoriums. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for movie theaters, stage theaters and auditoriums are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each 3 fixed seats, plus one space <br /> <br /> <br />
