Stadiums, skating rinks, gymnasiums, <br /> sports arenas, convention facilities, etc. <br /> <br /> (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements <br />for stadiums, skating rinks, gymnasiums, sports arenas, <br />meeting and convention facilities, and similar places of <br />public assembly are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each 4 fixed seats, plus one space <br />for each 28 square feet of assembly area. <br /> <br /> (b) Stadiums, skating rinks, gymnasiums, sports <br />arenas, meeting and convention facilities and similar <br />places of public assembly shall also provide a passenger <br />loading/unloading zone. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1374. Bingo parlors, pool halls and game arcades. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />bingo parlors, pool halls and game arcades are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each 4 seats in a bingo parlor, plus <br />one space for each video game, plus 2 spaces for <br />each pool table or other gaming device. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1375. Exercise gyms, spas, health clubs, etc. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />exercise gyms, spas, health clubs and similar facilities <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each 28 square feet of floor area <br />devoted to physical activity other than racquetball <br />or handball (exclusive of locker rooms, shower <br />facilities, utility rooms and ancillary public <br />areas), plus 2.5 spaces for each racquetball and <br />handball court. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-1376. Lodges, clubs and dance halls. <br /> <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />lodges without sleeping quarters, clubs and dance halls <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />One space for each 150 square feet of gross floor area. <br /> <br /> <br />
