NS-2ll6 <br /> <br />247 <br /> <br />6 <br />7 <br />8-10 <br />11-14 <br />15 or more <br /> <br />48 <br />54 <br />60 <br />72 <br />84 <br /> <br />A logo may be used on such sign if the logo height <br />does not exceed the maximum permitted letter height <br />for the sign and if its horizontal dimension is not <br />more than twice its maximum vertical dimension. <br /> <br />(2) structure. <br /> <br />Such sign shall be composed solely of individual <br />channel letters or logo. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-868. Residential development identification signs. <br /> <br />(a) No permit shall be issued for any sign providing <br />identification of a residential development having five or <br />more dwelling units, unless the following standards are met: <br /> <br />(1) No more than one such sign may be installed for <br />each street frontage of the development. <br /> <br />(2) The sign shall not contain exposed unshielded <br />illumination. <br /> <br />(3) The sign face area shall not exceed 20 square feet. <br /> <br />(4) The height of the sign shall not exceed six feet. <br /> <br />(5) The width of the sign shall not exceed eight feet. <br /> <br />(b) In addition, directory type signs for multiple unit <br />developments of five units or more, not exceeding six square <br />feet in area or four feet in any dimension and six feet in <br />height, shall be permitted provided such sign is located <br />within an interior court and adjacent to an internal walkway. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-870. Real estate signs. <br /> <br />(a) Residential Units. Notwithstanding any other <br />provision of this article, signs advertising the sale, lease <br />or rental of one or more dwelling units are prohibited, except <br />that no more than one sign may be permitted on the site of <br />such unit (s) without the necessity of obtaining a permit, <br />provided the following standards are met: ' <br /> <br />(I) The sign shall not be illuminated. <br /> <br />13 <br />
