In <br />addition, no more than one sign shall be permitted on more <br />than two secondary elevations which face a public street or <br />on-site parking area. (As used herein, street shall include <br />freeways, but exclude alleys and service ways.) <br /> <br />(b) Area. <br /> <br />(I) Sign area on the primary elevation shall not exceed: <br /> <br />a. Ten percent of the business elevation; or <br /> <br />b. Forty percent of the signable area; or <br /> <br />c. Two hundred square feet, <br /> <br />whichever is smaller. <br /> <br />(2) sign area on permitted secondary elevations, as <br />permitted above in Sec. III.A., shall not exceed: <br /> <br />a.
