The number of Occupants for a drive-in restaurant shall be considered as equal to the number of parking stalls. b. Handwashing f~cilities must be available in the kitchen for employees. SECTION 18: That section 8-556 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 8-556. Adoption by reference. There is adopted by the city that certain code known as the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1991 Edition, together with the appendices and code standards therein. The said code is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set forth at length herein as provided for in section 419 of the Charter of the city. Any provision of this article amending the "mechanical code" or "Uniform Mechanical Code" shall be construed as amending the above-said code edition including such provisions enacted prior to the adoption of the above-said code edition and not thereafter repealed. The above-said code edition as thus amended, together with all other provisions of this article, shall be known as the mechanical code of the City of Santa Aha.
