Plumbers <br />tape shall be galvanized and not less than ~" wide and 22 gauge. <br /> <br /> SECTION 17: That section 8-410 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 8-410. Minimum plumbing facilities (Appendix C, footnote <br /> ~). <br /> <br /> Footnote 11 of Appendix C of the plumbing code is amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> (11) A restaurant is defined as a business which sells food to be <br /> consumed on the premises and which contains seating for more than <br /> twenty-five (25) customers. <br /> <br /> a. The number of Occupants for a drive-in restaurant shall be <br /> considered as equal to the number of parking stalls. <br /> <br /> b. Handwashing f~cilities must be available in the kitchen for <br /> employees. <br /> <br /> SECTION 18: That section 8-556 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 8-556. Adoption by reference. <br /> <br /> There is adopted by the city that certain code known as the <br />Uniform Mechanical Code, 1991 Edition, together with the appendices <br />and code standards therein. The said code is adopted and <br />incorporated as fully as if set forth at length herein as provided <br />for in section 419 of the Charter of the city. Any provision of <br />this article amending the "mechanical code" or "Uniform Mechanical <br />Code" shall be construed as amending the above-said code edition <br />including such provisions enacted prior to the adoption of the <br />above-said code edition and not thereafter repealed. The above-said <br />code edition as thus amended, together with all other provisions of <br />this article, shall be known as the mechanical code of the City of <br />Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> SECTION 19: That section 8-558 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 8-558.
