If a use <br />is for any reason omitted from those specified as permissible in <br />any zone, or if ambiguity arises concerning the approximate <br />classification of a particular use within the meaning and intent <br />of this Plan, the determination shall be at the discretion of the <br />Planning Manager. such decision may be appealed to the Planning <br />Commission whose decision is final. <br /> <br /> A. Professional And Business office Uses (ZONE II AND ZONE <br /> <br />Permitted Uses. <br /> a. General office uses providing professional and <br /> administrative services including but not limited <br /> to employment agencies; advertising agencies; <br /> banks; escrow agencies; accountant, medical, <br /> insurance, tax, real estate, legal, consulting, and <br /> travel services; tourist information; trade <br /> contractors; architects; engineers; planner; <br /> surveyors; research and development; stock brokers; <br /> state, county, municipal or other public offices, <br /> and other similar uses. <br /> <br /> b.
