ORDINANCE NS-2193 <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />equipment; outdoor, eat-in or take-out restaurants; <br />book and stationery store; camera shop; shoe store <br />or repair shop; tailor; tobacco store; office <br />equipment rental and repair; tourist information <br />and travel agencies and ticket reservation <br />services; sporting goods store; art gallery; craft <br />store; cultural displays and related merchandising; <br />pet store; bicycle store; pharmacies and drug <br />stores; fabric shops; jewelry shops; furriers, <br />formal wear stores (sales or rental); hair styling <br />shops; design and furniture centers; cookware and <br />gourmet specialty shop; office furniture store; <br />interior decorator shop; private club with food and <br />beverage service (excluding public assembly halls <br />and subject to obtaining a Conditional Use Permit <br />if alcoholic beverages are served); and dry <br />cleaner. <br /> <br />A maximum of five permanent outdoor sales kiosks <br />and 5 portable outdoor pushcarts or other portable <br />vendor sales facilities. The size and location of <br />each Kiosk and pushcart shall be approved on a <br />masterplan of such uses by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Temporary outdoor activities or special events, not <br />occurring as part of the normal course of the <br />operations of the retail area, such as bazaars, <br />fiestas, fundraising events, art fairs, festivals, <br />outdoor music concerts and similar uses provided <br />that the project operator shall file an application <br />for a Land Use Certificate with the Planning <br />Manager as provided for in Section 41-675 of the <br />Code. A peak traffic event operating plan shall be <br />submitted for approval concurrently with the land <br />use certificate application and shall include <br />provision for special signing, a flat entry fee at <br />all gates, opening of all entry gates and a use of <br />parking directors, if any are necessary. Parking <br />control at all site intersections must be provided. <br /> <br />Recreation/Entertainment Uses (ZONE II). <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />aJ <br /> <br />Health and Exercise centers, including health <br />clubs, gyms, tennis courts, swimming pools and <br />other similar uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
