Tree wells shall be a minimum of three feet by <br />three feet with protective tree grates and collars. <br /> <br />2. Sinqle Family Residential Internal Streets. <br /> <br />The internal circulation road within the <br />residential component of the project will have a <br />minimum 22' wide pave roadbed and a minimum 3 ft. <br />of landscaping on either side. The road is <br />intended to serve as an internal road open to <br />residents and their guests, Property management, <br />garbage carts, etc., but it will not be a publicly <br />dedicated street. No heavy trucks will be allowed <br />on the internal road. <br /> <br />The internal circulation road will incorporate high <br />quality masonry paved materials between residential <br />units. <br /> <br />The internal residential road will be secured from <br />general public access through the use of decorative <br />gates and other security devices, as indicated on <br />the site plan. <br /> <br />3. Vehicular Loadinq Access Roads. <br /> <br />Service roads will incorporate asphaltic concrete <br />paving with curbs and gutters. <br /> <br />Ail service roads will be accessible by semi-trucks <br />(wheel base 50) and service vehicles. <br /> <br />Colored paving materials and concrete may be used <br />as accent materials at entry locations (not <br />including public right-of-way or required easement <br />areas) on the property to visually define <br />entryways. <br /> <br />Buildinq Mass, Form And Architectural Style. <br /> <br />One critical component of the Main Street Concourse design is <br />the consideration of architectural style, mass and form. <br />Architectural style shall impart a distinct building image. <br />Mass shall relate to the desired scale and form shall be used <br />to lend interest to the overall effect of the mixed use <br />development. <br /> <br />Building masses shall be simple in form and composed of <br />strong geometric shapes including rectilinear forms with <br />facade variations, round, columnar, stepped (terraced) <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br /> <br />
