ORDINANCE NS -2193 <br /> <br />At the corner of Main Street and Owens Drive, a ring of accent <br />paving and turf provide a base for a sculptural accent feature <br />- the feature occurs inside the property line and acknowledges <br />the importance of this corner as a pedestrian access point. A <br />allee of orchid trees leads pedestrians into the Central <br />Court. <br />Detailed right-of-way improvement plans containing the above <br />descriptive scenario will be presented to the Public Works <br />Agency for approval.
