ORDINANCE NS-2193 <br /> <br />32-story office structure, the height of the letter <br />permitted will be approximately 140 inches. Signs <br />shall not exceed 40% of the width of the signable <br />area. Major building identification signs shall <br />not be permitted on residential buildings. There <br />shall be a maximum of one sign per elevation and <br />four signs per building maximum. <br /> <br />Temporary I4entifioation Signs. <br /> <br />Sale or Lease Sign: One sign per street not to <br />exceed eighty (80) square feet in area advertising <br />the sale, lease, or hire of the site will be <br />allowed. The sign may be illuminated. The sign <br />may not exceed 16 feet in height. <br /> <br />Construction Sign: One sign not to exceed eighty <br />(80) square feet in area denoting the architects, <br />engineers, contractor, brokers, designers and other <br />related subjects will be allowed at commencement of <br />construction. Said sign will be removed within <br />thirty (30) days after issuance of an occupancy <br />permit for the building. The sign may be <br />illuminated. The sign shall not exceed 20 feet in <br />height. <br /> <br />Temporary Future Tenant Sign: One sign allowing <br />the identification of future tenants will be <br />allowed. Such signs shall not exceed twenty (20) <br />square feet in area. <br /> <br />Submission Of Main Street Concourse Plan Signing <br />Design Program. <br /> <br />Project applicant shall submit a planned project sign <br />program for review by the Planning Department in <br />accordance with the standard planning department <br />procedures and this Plan. The following Code provisions <br />have been identified as being incompatible with the <br />overall goals and objectives of the Main Street <br />Concourse Plan and therefore these Code sections shall <br />not be applicable to the sign program for the Main <br />Street Concourse. The relevant Code sections are: <br /> <br />*Section 41-860(a) (3) (prohibits moving signs); <br />41-861(2)-(prohibits flags and banners); <br />41-862(a)(1)-(limits size of freestanding signs); <br />41-862(b)(2)-(signage must be in a planter); <br />41-862(b) (4)-(limits signs near residential uses); <br />41-862(b)(5)-(spacing limits on freestanding signs); <br />41-862(c) (2)-(height limits); <br /> <br />4O <br /> <br /> <br />
