A registered <br />manufacturer's logo may be utilized on the <br />directional signs for the service area. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Wall-mounted directional signs shall not exceed <br />four (4) square feet. Such directional signs shall <br />contain only that information necessary for on-site <br />circulation, parking and site information. No <br />advertising or loges are permitted. <br /> <br />Wall Signs. <br /> <br />No permit shall be issued for a wall sign which does not <br />comply with the following standards: <br /> <br />(1) Number. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Dealerships offering two or less <br />manufacturer's makes of new automobiles for <br />sale shall be permitted one wall sign for each <br />make on each wall of the showroom building up <br />to two wall signs per make of automobile. <br /> <br /> <br />
