Vehicles are permitted to overhang <br />two feet into the landscaped area per the approved site <br />plan. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 - BUILDING MATERIALS AND COLORS <br /> <br /> Ail buildings must be constructed of compatible materials <br />and colors as the existing buildings. All buildings will be <br />primarily concrete and be colored white, gray, or off-white. The <br />use of blue tinted glass and glass block as accents to the <br />architecture are required. <br /> <br />SECTION 7 - PUBLIC ART <br /> <br /> The display of public art is encouraged within the Orange <br />County Business Center. Public art is a condition of an on-site <br />parking structure. The value of the public art is to be one <br />percent of the parking structure's Building permit valuation. <br />The location of the public art is to be approved by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
