The matter of a box at Birch Street pa~k for paper and trash was on motion referred to the Park 0omission with power to act, On motion duly of sewers on the seconded and carried the proposed laying following streets was ordered referred to a committee consisting of Trustees Grubb, Greenleaf,MoPhee and Superintendent Reid.
