Mans~ et al, petition~g the Board <br />to commence proceedings to lay cement curbs on both sides <br />of ~elfth Street between the East side of Main Street and <br />the West side of Spurgeon Street, was on motion referred <br />to the Street Oommuittee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Robert T. ~aton appeared before the ~oard and requested a <br />license to s~and a tamale wagon on S~th Main Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, ~ly seconded and carried, the Cle~ <br />is instructed to ~sue the license, provided Mr. Eaton <br />furnishes the 01erk with the written consent of the owner <br />of the Smoke H~se and the Santa Ana ~oduce Con. any. <br /> <br />City ~ng~eer Finley a~peared before the Board and asked <br />that the Ordinance fixing the width of sidewalks on ~ast <br />Fourth Street from Grand Avenue to City L~its at S feet <br />be referred ~ck to the 0ity Attorney to prepare an Ordi- <br />nance fixing the width of the sidewalk at 12 feet, and <br />that the remonstrance of F.H. Taylor et al, that was <br />rejected September 4, 1912, be re-considered. On mction <br />the matter was referred to a committee consisting of <br />~resnleaf and Al~rman. <br /> <br />On motion the City Attorney is directed to prep~e an <br /> <br />Ordin~noe reQ~ing automobiles to come to a f~l stop <br /> <br />~ street crossings under certain conditions. <br /> <br />On motion the Board adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
