On motion of Greenleaf,seconded by Grubb and carried, it is ordered that Trustee gy be named as a delegate to represent this Oity at the'League of State Municipalities to be held bt Berkeley,0alifornia, co~m~encing Sept.2Z,191~, and~hat $S§.00 be set aside to assist in defray- ing his expenses. On motion of Alderman~duly seconded and carried the 0ity Olerk is instructed to express the appreciation of the Board to the several 0ity Clerks who submitted tax rates at the request of this Board. # On motion duly seconded and carried, the 01erk is instructed to draw a warrant on the 0ity Treasurer for $?5.00 in favor of E.A. White for Band concerts. # On motion duly seconded and carried, the Presi- dent of the Board is authorized to approve the Bond submitted by the Pacific States Telephone and Telegraph Company, as provided for in the franchise.
