Treadwell, et al, to construct a <br />cement sidewalk on the West side of Flower Street between <br />Walnut Street and Highland Street was on motion referred <br />to a committee consisting of Trustees Grubb and Alderman. <br /> <br />On motion of McPhee, seconded by Greenleaf, and carried, <br /> <br />Mrs. A.J. Padgham, Mrs.J.H. Rankin, Mrs. A. Getty, Mrs. <br /> <br /> H.G. Hull and Mrs. P.R. Reynolds ware named as members of <br /> <br /> the Park Commission. <br /> <br />The Bond of Ernest g. Wood for $§00 for Plumber's license <br />was on motion ordered approved amd Olerk instructed t$ <br />issue license. <br /> <br /> The application of D. Oobau and 0. Vincent for the renewal <br /> of pool room licenses was on motion granted and the Clerk <br /> instructed to issue license. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman duly seconded and carried it is order- <br />ed that a stall be built in the paddock at the Fire Hall <br />for the e~tra horse. <br /> <br /> On motion, duly seconded and carried, Trustee McPhee is <br /> <br /> empowered to have extra shelving and rack in office of <br /> City Assessor installed. <br /> <br />On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, Policeman <br />Hamilton is granted leave of absence for lB days. <br /> <br />On motion duly ~conded and carried, the City Clerk is <br />instructed to notify the Southern California gdison Company <br />to install lights, one at corner of McFadden and Orange, <br />one at corner McFadden and 0ypress, and one at corner of <br />McFadden and Maple. <br /> <br />C.C. 0ollins is granted permission to remove two acacia <br />trees on South Orange Avers. <br /> <br />The Street Superintendent is instructed to notify the <br /> <br />P.E. Railway 0ompany to install street crossing signs on <br /> <br />McFadden Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
