On motion of Aldernmn, duly seconded and carried, a conm~ittee of three was appointed to investi§$te and report at next meeting. Conm. ittee consisting of Trustees By, Grubb and the Clerk. On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried,~he petition of J.H. Treadwell, et al, to construct cen~ent curbs and sidewalks on the West side of Plower Street from Pine Street to Highlmud Street, was granted, and the City Engineer instructed to prepare plans, and the City Attorney to prepare Resolution. # On ~:o~ion duly seconded and carried, Trustee HcPhee was named as a committee with~ view of discussiing the proposition of exchanging property on Flower Street with W.2. Gates in order Plans and specifications to straighten Flower Street. for a sewer district was submitted by the City Engineer and read. On motion of Alderman seconded by Greenle~f mud cmrried, the plans and specifications for asewer district as submitted by the City gn$ineer were ordered adopted. Resolution ;,!o. 548, a Resolution of Intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, to con- struct sewers in a district in the City of Santa Aha, was read and ordered referred to the City Attorney. Deeds from J.A. Engel, Robert C. Howe and M.R.Heninger were read and ordered referred to the City Engineer. The petition of jack ~iller, cement sidewalks and cement et al, to construct curbs on bo~h sides of East Third Street between S~rgeon Street and S.P. Railway Tr~ck was referred to the Street ~o~ittee.
