In Re Charter <br />Election. <br /> <br />Re City Demands <br /> <br />Re Monthly Reports <br /> <br />In Re Tungsten La~s <br /> <br />Apr. roved: <br /> <br />Ayes, <br /> <br />Noes, <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb seconded by Alderman and carried, the <br />following Resolution was passed and adopted and ordered <br />spread on the minutes of this Board. <br /> <br /> Resolved by the Board of T~us~eesof the Ci~y cf Santa <br />Aha ,Oalifor~ia,that <br /> <br />~hereas; The Board of Freeholders elected to prepare and <br />proLose a Charter for the City of Santa Aha did on the <br />$Oth day of October,191~,file a co!y of ~id pro~osed <br />Charter i~ the Office of the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California,and also a copy of said proposed <br />charter in the office of the.City Clerk of the Cit'.of <br />Santa Aha, as required by law, therefore it is further <br />resolved by said Board of Trustees that the City Clerk <br />is hereby Srdered to cause to be published said proposed <br />Charter of said Freeholders in the "Santa Aha Daily <br />Ewening Re~ister" a daily newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed, published mud circulated in said City, for ten <br />times, as required by law. The foregoing was passed and <br />adopted by the following vote to-wit: <br /> <br /> Trustees, Alderman, McPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb and <br /> None. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded and carried, the Oity Clerk is <br />directed to draw warrants on the City Treasurer to cove~ <br />Demands Nos. §$1 to ~?$, inclusive,and ms the same are <br />recorded in ~arrant and De,nd Book No.l,pages B~, E§ & 28. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The monthly reports of the several Oity officials were <br />submitted and ordered referred to the ~inance Committee. <br /> <br />Water Superintendent Reid is empowered to purchase Tung- <br />sten lamps to replace present incandescent lights used in <br />the City. <br /> <br />On motion Board adjourned. <br /> <br />President of t~ of Trustees, <br /> <br /> <br />
