In pursuance to the foregoing <br />Trustees McPhee and GXubb and City Engineer Finley are <br />named a comittee. <br /> <br />Dr. Roberts of the Bell Theater appeared before the Board <br />and submitted plans ~O~ change pf exits in theater. <br /> <br />On motion o£ Grubb, duly seconded and carried, it is <br />ordered that the plans of the ~ell Theater for 18 foot <br />opening in front, ticket office on side, and rear doors <br />to swing out were adopted, and that the said Theater be <br />all, owed to res~e business as soon as alterations are made. <br /> <br />On motion of Alderman, seconded by Grubb and carried, <br />the City Attorney is instructed to notify the Nirror <br />Theater 0ompany to change rear doors to swing out as per <br />plans submitted. <br /> <br />~V.V. Hill of the Pacific Electric Railway Com.~,any appeared <br />before the Board in rel.~tion to Ordinance No.§~0 asking <br />for ~ranchise for switch On ,'~orth Main. Ordinance No. ~0, <br />asking for franchise on North M~in Street for switch from <br />Pacific Electric Railway's tracke~o Southern Pacific <br />Railway Track was on motion of Grubb, seconded by McPhse, <br />denied. <br /> <br />The re,~uests of Roberts & Packard Electric ~om~any, and <br /> <br />The Electrical Products Corporation for electric signs <br /> <br />at 305 North Sycamore and 305 North Hain Streats <br />409 North Main Street were on motion granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
