A request from J.F. Kinley for permission to remove five acacia trees on Stafford Street ,was on motion referred to Street Superintendent with po~er to act. A map presented by A.O. Black and request for 1E foot alley from South end of Poinsettia Avenue to intersect ion of Washington Avenue was on motion duly seconded and carried, granted, and the alley be ordered placed to grade. On motion the City Attorney is instructed to conm~ence proceedings to force in all sidewalks in the 0ity ordered by the Bo~rd. # The petition of Mrs. Hattie Bradbury, et al, for sidewalks on Evergreen Streetbetween East First Street and East Walnut Street was on motion denied. On motion the ~City Health Officer is instructed to notify property owners ou West Pine Street to connect with sewer. Trustees McPhee and Greenleaf are named a oommitteeto investigate and propose an Ordinance establishing auto in the City of Santa Ans.
