A petition for grading Mast First On motion of KcPhee, duly seconded and carried, the City 01erk is directed to draw warrants on the City Treasurer to covers demands Nos. 170 to 3ZZ and as recorded in Warrant and Demand Book No.1, ~6 and 37. City Clerk is directed to transfer $1000 Street from Main St. to Santa Fo Railroad Track was presented~ No action being taken, the petition was returned to the signers. Resolution No.8B§, a Resolution of Intention to con- struct sidewalks and curbs on certain streets was on motion referred to the City Attorney. On motion of Alderman, seconded by Greenleaf ~nd carried, the reAuest of J.E.McDonald, Secretary of Joint Pole Com- mission, to install a single line of poles on each side of Main Street and ~ourth Street, was on motion granted. The monthly reports of the several City officials were submitted and on motion referred to the Finance Conr.~it- On motion four pepper trees and two palms on the First Street West of Halladay Street were ordered removed. # The request for a culvert at Birch and Fairview Avenue was on motion referred to the Street Committee with power to act.
