Oity Hall,Santa Ana~ Os1. April ~2nd.,lSl3 at 7:30 The Board met in regular adJ urned session. Present Trustees Aldern:an,McPaee,Grubb,Ey and the Clerk. Absent Tru~stee Greenleaf. Board called to order by President Grank Ey # In Re bids For Bewsr District. In re extension of Water ]~in on Santa Clara Ave. In Re Prince F & P Co Sanitation. In Re Bale of Palm Trees. A~proved: ~ / Bo~of Prest~ Trustees. On motion of Alderman,seconded by McPhee and carried, all bids were rejected excepting the bid of C.D.Vincent he being ~he lowest responsible bidder,and the con- tract for the sewers was awarded by the Board of Trustees to C.D.Vincent for the sum of Upon motfcn duly seonded and carried, to approve the said award o~ C D Vincent for the sum of $1318~ the following Trustees voted to approve said award to-wit: Ayes Alder~zn,McPhee,Gru~b and Ey. The n~unbers equalling three-fourths of the n~embers of said Board of Trustees. It was moved by Alderman and seconded by Grubb and carried that Resolution No.§§7, a Resolution of Award of the contract to C.P.Vtncent to furnish materials and labor and construct the sewers within a District by the following vote to-wit: Ayes,Aldern~an,McPhee,Grubb and Ey. Noes None, Absent,Trustee Greenleaf. Whereupon~as required by law,Trustee President of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, signed and approved said Re-~olution No.~7. # On motion ~he water department is authorized to extend Water l~ain 300 feet on Santa Clara Avenue and 1~00 feet on Lincoln street with pipe to be paid-for by H.R.Heninger and price to be taken out in the use of water. # On motion the Health Officer is authorized to notify the Prince Feed and ~Ael ~o and the ~anta Aha Restaurant to clean up in the rear of their respective properties. # On motion the Street Comndttee is granted the power to sell palm trees at a reasonable price,said palms located on City Property on Washington Avenue and "D" Streets. # On motion the Board adJo !~ty Clerk.
