The City Clerk is instructed to draw warrants upon the City Treasurer covering Demands Nos. 470 to ~00 inclusive~ and as ~h~ same are recorded in Warrant Book No.l,pages ~9, ~0, ~1 and Action on paving East Sixth Street was deferred until the next m~eting of the Board. On motion duly seconded and carried, contractor H~berman wms granted permission to close East First Street from Santa Fe Railroad to !~Yaple Street, so that he may commence p~vinZ. ~rustee Greenleaf reoo~m~ends a ~ermanent crossing office= at 4th and ~fain Streets, and re.Auests that an additional m~n be employed in Police Department under supervision of the City .~arshal. No action taken. The monthly reports of the several city officials w~re submitted, and ordered referred to the Pin~n~oe Committee. On motion of HcPhee, duly seconded and carried, the City qlerk is instructed to advertise calling a mass meeting at the City Hall~ on May 9th, 1915~ at 7: p.m. for the pu~_~ose of discussing the street to be used in conjunc- tion with State Highway.
