Vinson,for a pool room license at el6 <br /> East 4th Street, was on motion referred to Trustees Greenleaf, <br /> Brubb and Alderman. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> Max L. Huberman appeared before the Board and asked permission <br /> to close up three blocks South of First St.on South Broadway, <br /> so as to enable him to commence paving, and he also asked that <br /> the Board adopt specifications No.?7 as Specifications for the <br /> paving of South Broadway. <br /> <br /> On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, the request of <br /> Max L. Huberman to close up three blocks on South Broadway Sou~h <br /> of First St., was granted, provided however, that it is <br /> <br />1~ understood that the Public Utilities have the right to place <br /> in their pipe lines within S0 days <br /> <br /> On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and ~a~w~ed, it is ordered <br /> that S~ecification ~o.77 of the City of Santa Ana, be adopted <br /> <br /> ~r~cifications for the paving of ~outh Broadway. <br /> <br />as the <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />~esers. <br /> <br /> Hoyle, Twist at al, appeared before the Board and asked <br />that 15th Street from Broadway to Durant Street be oiled and <br />graveled, property owners to ~ay for sa~e at the rate of ~0 cts. <br />per running foot. <br /> <br />On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, the matter is <br />referred to the Street 0om~ittee with power to act. <br /> <br />On mStion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, it ie ordered <br />that the Sewer Committee and Sewer Super~mtendent prel~are plans <br />for the fomation of a sewer district in the neighborhood of <br />Sixth St. and ~okomie St. <br /> <br />The re2uest for the removal of trees in an alley off of Broadway <br /> <br />near 17th Street, was on motion of Grubb, <br />granted. <br /> <br />duly seconded and ca~ied <br /> <br />The request of Trustee Srubb to gravel Buffalo Street, 20th S~. <br />l$th St., lSth St. and l?th St. from Broadway to Main Street was <br />on motion duly seconded and carried, granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Grabb, seconded by Alderman, and carried, it ie <br />ordered that the motor oo~e be retained in the ~lty'e em~loyun~il <br />February Snd, 1~14, and that their term of office expires on that <br />date. <br /> <br /> <br />
