On motion of G~ubb, duly seconded and carried, it is ordered that a drainage ditch be dug to drain a low spot at the corner of ~ristol and First Streets. # The application of C. Vinson,for a pool room license at el6 East 4th Street, was on motion referred to Trustees Greenleaf, Brubb and Alderman. # Max L. Huberman appeared before the Board and asked permission to close up three blocks South of First St.on South Broadway, so as to enable him to commence paving, and he also asked that the Board adopt specifications No.?7 as Specifications for the paving of South Broadway. On motion of Grubb, duly seconded and carried, the request of Max L. On mStion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, it ie ordered that the Sewer Committee and Sewer Super~mtendent prel~are plans for the fomation of a sewer district in the neighborhood of Sixth St. and ~okomie St. The re2uest for the removal of trees in an alley off of Broadway near 17th Street, was on motion of Grubb, granted. duly seconded and ca~ied The request of Trustee Srubb to gravel Buffalo Street, 20th S~. l$th St., lSth St. and l?th St. from Broadway to Main Street was on motion duly seconded and carried, granted. # On motion of Grabb, seconded by Alderman, and carried, it ie ordered that the motor oo~e be retained in the ~lty'e em~loyun~il February Snd, 1~14, and that their term of office expires on that date.
